Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund for a simple change of mind once an order is placed. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing and we will ensure you make the right choice!

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We are committed to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements. We will replace or refund your item if the product is:

  • Delivered faulty;

  • Damaged in transit by the courier;

  • Vastly different from the description on our website.

Reporting Damage or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at enquiries@theprintemporium.com.au. Include a description and photos of the item, the packaging, and the carton or tube to show the damage or issue.

It is crucial that you keep the original box, carton, or tube, as this packaging is required for us to process the return. For any return we authorize, we will send you a pre-paid returns label.

Please note that returns must be pre-authorized by our team. If a return does not meet our Returns Policy or is sent back without prior approval, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return postage.

Product Warranty

We take pride in our commitment to quality. All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We have a 2-year warranty, from the date of purchase, for manufacturing defects.

Please note our gift cards do not have an expiration date and are non-refundable after purchase.

Important Care Guidelines

To ensure the longevity of your artwork, please observe the following:

  • Avoid hanging your artwork in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure will result in fading. We cannot be responsible for fading that occurs due to direct sun exposure.

  • We also do not recommend hanging prints in areas where water damage may occur.

  • We advise against the use of chemical cleaners in cleaning the acrylic plexiglass of your framed print. All you need to maintain the surface is a dry or slightly dampened with water cloth.
