Our Returns Policy:
As all items are custom made to order for our customers upon order, and not pre-made, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for simply change of mind.
We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements. In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the damage or issue, so we can discuss with you.
All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
Warranty of our products:
All our products are quality controlled before we dispatch - and we pride ourselves on selling top quality products. We offer a 12 month product warranty on all framed items (Canvases and Framed Prints) only (not unframed art prints). Please note, we are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy listed above. Please note, all canvas and art prints are not intended for use in direct bright sunlight, or will risk cause fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct sunlight, and it does this. Hanging prints in areas where water damage could occur also is not recommended due to potential damage risk.
