Holiday/Christmas period shipping guides:
We are ever grateful for your continued support. The busiest time of the year is just around the corner.
Unframed art prints (rolled and shipped in a tube) currently have a production lead time of 2-4 business days, and framed paper art prints have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks, whereas stretched canvas framed prints take approximately 2-3 weeks production time as a guide. All our prints are made to order in Melbourne. We then dispatch and ship with our shipping partners. Lead times mentioned do not include time in transit from our warehouses to your nominated address.
To ensure a pre-Christmas dispatch from our warehouse, please refer to the table below for cut-off times in your regions. And to receive goods before Christmas we recommend ordering prior to these dates below, to allow for shipping transit time to your location. Our warehouse will be closed from December 25 - Jan 3rd. All orders not shipped prior to Christmas will ship in the New Year once we reopen.

Unframed Paper Art Prints
Allow approx 2-4 working business days to print your print to order, pack in a protective mailer tube (rolled), then dispatch out from our warehouse based via courier. We ship all unframed prints with Eparcel Australia Post, please note during peak seasonal times some delivery network transit times may be slightly longer than normal with our shipping partner, please kindly expect this.
Framed Paper Art Prints
Allow approx 2 weeks to print and professionally frame your print in Australia, then we dispatch out from our warehouse with our shipping partners i.e Eparcel Australia Post, Allied Express, or similar shipping partners. In busier seasonal or promotional times of the year this may add a few more days to production lead times, please expect this.
Stretched Canvas Prints
Allow approx 2-3 weeks to custom print and professionally stretch and frame your canvas print in Australia, then we dispatch out from our warehouse with our shipping partners i.e Eparcel Australia Post, Allied Express, or similar shipping partners. In busier seasonal or promotional times of the year this may add a few more days to production lead times, please expect this.

International Customer Orders:
We offer unframed art prints to overseas customers in many country locations. We ship with local international printing companies and aim to ship within 7-10 days.
How much is shipping on each item if i buy on your website?
As we just ship unframed art prints on paper (no framed prints) to our customers in New Zealand, we have a low $15 AUD Flat Rate Per Order on all Unframed Art Prints (shipped rolled in tube) to New Zealand. Please note: currently we do not ship framed prints or stretched framed canvases outside of Australia. Rolled canvas prints can be requested (but will require self-frame and stretch), please email us for info and pricing.
We currently just ship unframed art prints on paper to countries outside of Australia. We have a $15 AUD Flat Rate Per Order on all Unframed Art Prints (shipped rolled in tube) to countries other than Australia. For USA and Canadian customers, all our prints framed and unframed available to purchase on our USA web-store, see WWW.THEPRINTEMPORIUM.COM for more info. All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for any import taxes or customs import duties if any are incurred.
Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order?
You sure do! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. And should you wish to track your order you simply go to the Order Status section under your account. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can happily help you out with any q's you may have. If you ordered different products they may arrive separately and with different tracking numbers.
Once I have placed my order, can i change it or edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse right away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details just let us know. Please note, we ship with Australia Post, Allied Express or TNT for framed items, and Australia Post Eparcel for unframed paper art prints (shipped rolled) in Australia.
Whilst we can ship to PO Boxes for our unframed prints shipped in a tube or for smaller framed prints, for all large framed items being bulky items, we ask you put a Shipping Address where someone is there to receive during business hours Monday to Friday as these may exceed the PO Box parcel size limit. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact window for the courier. Please keep an eye on your tracking number on the courier's website we sent a link for once your order is finished production phase, packed and shipping out the door of our warehouse.
