Unframed Paper Art Prints
Allow approx 3-6 business working days to print your print to order, pack in a protective mailer tube (rolled), then dispatch out from our warehouse based via courier.
Framed Paper Art Prints
Allow approx 2-4 weeks to custom print and professionally frame your print in Australia, then dispatch out from our warehouse with our shipping partners i.e Eparcel Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT or similar shipping partners. In busier times of the year this may add a few more days to production lead times, please expect this. **please note at peak times such as December (pre-Christmas) there may be a delay due to Covid and Christmas peak delivery times by the courier companies we use.
Stretched Canvas Prints
Allow approx 2-4 weeks to custom print and professionally stretch and frame your canvas print in Australia, then dispatch out from our warehouse with our shipping partners i.e Eparcel Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT or similar shipping partners. In busier times of the year this may add a few more days to production lead times, please expect this.

Our shipping partners (Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT etc) are experiencing higher than normal volumes at present - please expect some delays may occur.
International Customer Orders:
Please note that due to Covid-19, our international shipping partners are experiencing significant delays and as such any print shipping to our overseas customers, for USA, UK, Europe, please allow an additional 10-14 business days on top of the normal lead times, and for our New Zealand customers please allow an additional 3-6 business days on top of the normal lead times as a guide.
How much is shipping on each item if i buy on your website?
$15 AUD Flat Rate Per Order on all Unframed Art Prints (shipped rolled in tube) to New Zealand. Please note: currently we do not ship framed prints or stretched framed canvases outside of Australia. Rolled canvas prints can be requested, email us for info.
$29 (Australian dollars) flat rate on all Unframed Art Prints (rolled and shipped in a mailer tube). We ship with Australia Post international Air Mail or a courier we feel is best to ship to your country. All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer for any import taxes or duties if any incurred.
Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order?
You sure do! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. And should you wish to track your order you simply go to the Order Status section under your account. Or email email@example.com and we can happily help you out with any q's you may have
Once I have placed my order, can i change it or edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse right away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details just let us know. Please note, we ship with Allied Express (courier) for framed items, or Australia Post Eparcel for rolled art prints in Australia. For all framed items, we ask you put a Shipping Address eg place of business or somewhere where someone is there to receive during business hours Monday to Friday. We cannot specify an exact window for the courier. Please keep an eye on your tracking number on the courier's website we sent a link for.
Business workplace addresses are preferred where someone is there to sign for the package within business hours.
Art Prints (unframed) shipped in mailer tubes are sent with Australia Post International (which in turn is shipped using the local carrier eg UK Post, UPS Post etc) or Australia Post Domestic (Australian orders).
