This commitment to custom, high quality production means we take the time to get it right. Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on the type of print you've chosen.
Production & Dispatch Lead Time

Unframed art prints on paper usually take about 1-3 business days to print and dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.

Framed prints and canvases typically take 1-2 weeks, depending on the size, to print, frame, and prepare before shipping out.
Note: Production times may be longer than usual during peak seasonal or promotional periods.
Transit times will depend on your location and the courier, but we strive to get your art to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Freight Costs

Australia: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Rates start at $7.95 for unframed prints, only reaching a maximum of $39.95 for framed art or remote deliveries. We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $350.
- New Zealand and the rest of the world: A flat rate of $15 AUD for unframed art prints is charged for all international orders.
Due to size, weight, and international wood fumigation regulations, we are currently unable to ship framed prints or stretched canvases outside of Australia.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change or edit my order after it has been placed?
We know you're excited to receive your art, and we begin production as soon as an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that once production has started, changes will no longer be possible.
Can I ship artwork to a PO box or parcel locker?
We can certainly ship unframed art prints and also small to medium sized framed prints to a PO box or a parcel locker. Large and extra large prints can only be shipped to a physical location such as a workplace or residential address but someone must strictly sign for the goods during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and each shipment will have its own unique tracking number. This ensures that every artwork piece is accounted for as it makes its way to you.
