Returns Policy
All our artwork is custom made to order, which means we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described on our website, we will happily arrange a replacement or return in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at enquiries@theprintemporium.com.au with a description and photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.
For all authorised returns, we will provide a prepaid returns label. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note, items returned without prior authorisation will be sent back to you at your cost.
Product Warranty
We quality-check every order before dispatch and take pride in the standard of our products. All framed prints and canvas prints come with a 12-month product warranty.
To help your artwork last, please note:
- Art prints and canvases are not intended for display in direct bright sunlight, which may cause fading over time.
- We recommend avoiding areas where water damage could occur.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, direct sunlight exposure, or water damage. Unframed art prints are not covered under warranty.
