What is a stretched canvas?
Stretched Canvas is a ready-to-hang canvas print which is stretched (canvas fabric) on 32mm wooden timber stretcher-beams, and with mirrored artwork on the side edges, which means we have mirrored the artwork so it wraps around the edges when stretched, creating a seamless design when looking from a side angle.
All stretched canvases are designed and proudly made in Australia upon order, and come ready to hang as soon as you remove them from the box.
There is a choice of adding a timber shadow box floating frame option in either White, Black, or Light Natural Timber for a deluxe finish.
The finished dimensions for our canvas prints when they have this shadow box floating frame around them, will be an additional 4cm approximately to the listed size dimensions (height and width) due to this additional frame.

We can ship rolled canvas prints internationally upon request for our international customers.

Canvas prints (stretched or stretched and box framed canvas prints) are shipped at a flat rate freight cost, dependent on your postcode location within Australia. We have flat rate pricing based on zone and area in Australia from $15 onwards and includes full tracking.Currently we do not ship framed prints or stretched framed canvases outside of Australia. Rolled canvas prints can be requested, email us for info.
Currently for international customers we just offer a 'buy now' option for our Art Prints on paper (unframed) shipped rolled up in a mailer tube. However, upon request, we can ship printed Rolled Canvases (un-stretched, shipped rolled in mailer tube) too. Please reach out to hear pricing and a freight quote to your country.
You sure do! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. And should you wish to track your order you simply go to the Order Status section under your account. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can happily help you out with any q's you may have.
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse right away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your details if you have not already seen a shipping notification email.
As we custom print and frame to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to print and professionally stretch and frame your canvas print, then dispatch out from our warehouse with our shipping partners i.e Eparcel Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT, or Fastway
Our shipping partners (Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT, Fastway etc) are experiencing higher than normal volumes at present - please expect some delays may occur.

There is a hanging wire pre-attached on the back of all stretched or box-framed canvas prints, for easy hanging upon arrival, and each framed print arrives in a protective carton box for safe transit to you.
On smaller size canvas prints, the use of removable hooks eg 3M brand instead of traditional hooks is fine. This means no damage to walls, which is especially great for renters. Please reach out if we can assist you with knowing the weight (KG) of a particular size.
Care instructions: Wipe down with a wet cloth (no harsh chemicals). Do not hang artwork in direct sunlight
As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.
We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.
On the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to email@example.com with a description and photos of the damage or issue, plus photos of the packaging too (very important), so we can discuss with you. Please keep the packaging and do not discard.
All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
