Crafted from durable 400gsm artist-grade poly-cotton fabric and printed with UV-resistant giclée inks, our canvases are stretched tightly over a wooden frame. This process creates a beautiful, complete piece of art that doesn't require additional framing under glass.
You have the choice of adding a timber shadow box floating frame. These frames are available in black, white and genuine raw oak. Please note that adding a shadow box will increase the final dimensions of your canvas print. The finished size will be approximately 4cm larger in both height and width than the listed dimensions.

All orders are custom-made and prepared with care. The final measurements may vary by 1-2cm due to the hand-framing process. Please also note that product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting and calibration. We strive for complete accuracy; but if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for printing and framing. Please note that this may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
We do not ship framed items to PO boxes or parcel lockers as we require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination. We also offer free delivery on orders above $350. You’ll see the final cost clearly at checkout. Every order includes tracking for your peace of mind.

We secure all artwork for delivery using proper and sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives in great condition.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your item if it arrives faulty, gets damaged during transit, or appears significantly different from its description on our website.

Each canvas print comes with a pre-attached hanging wire on the back for easy display. For safe transit, your artwork is carefully packaged in a thick, protective carton box.
For smaller canvas prints, you can use removable hooks like the 3M brand, instead of traditional hooks. This is a great option for renters to avoid damaging walls. If you would like to know the weight of a particular size to help you choose the appropriate hanging method, please contact us.
To clean your canvas, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not hang your artwork in direct sunlight.

For an elevated finish, you can add a floating frame or a shadow box. These outer frames are available in white, black, and genuine raw oak.
