Our art prints are available either as a print (unframed) option, or as a framed ready-to-hang option.
We custom print our paper art prints to order in Australia, on a quality 230gsm matte finish (not glossy) white fine art paper using archival inks. We have a range of sizes available to choose from.
What is white border?
If 'White Border' is selected above from the dropdown options, this means the art print will have a self-white border (unprinted border) included in the overall measurements (see our Size Chart page for the width of this white border, for each size of print we offer). The artwork will appear smaller if you choose this size.
Otherwise, choose 'No White Border' should you want your art print printed edge-to-edge (no white border look at all).
If you are opting to self-frame, please check the inner window measurement of the frame you are purchasing, and that it fits our frame - if you are unsure, please contact our customer care team.
All unframed art prints are rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube. We ship our unframed prints worldwide from Australia.
Our picture frames are all top quality Australian made-to-order, from sustainably sourced genuine timber mouldings (in Natural Raw Oak, White Smooth Wood or Black Smooth Wood colour option) that have a 20mm wide profile, and are 40mm in depth for the Black and White wood, or 30mm depth for the Raw Oak wood frames. Your The Print Emporium print is professionally printed and glued and fitted into the custom made frame and will last for many years to come.
Our frames all have acrylic shatterproof plexiglass, which also means no breakages in transit. There is hanging wire and secure metal D-rings on the back, which means your framed print comes ready-to-hang upon delivery.

Unframed Art Prints on paper are $8 flat rate shipping price for all unframed prints (if you buy one print, or more) to all addresses within Australia, (shipped rolled up in a protective mailer tube).
Framed Art Prints are dependent on your postcode location, we have flat rate pricing based on zone and area in Australia. We subsidies most of the ship fee for these bulky items.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:
$15 AUD Flat Rate Per Order on all Unframed Art Prints (shipped rolled in tube)
$29 AUD flat rate on all Unframed Art Prints (rolled and shipped in a mailer tube). We ship with Australia Post international Air Mail or a courier we feel is best to ship to your country. Please note: currently we do not ship framed prints outside of Australia.
For international customers we just offer our Art Prints (unframed) shipped rolled up in a mailer tube. Also, upon request, printed Rolled Canvases (un-stretched), shipped in protective mailer tubes.

You sure do! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. And should you wish to track your order you simply go to the Order Status section under your account. Or email email@example.com and we can happily help you out with any q's you may have.
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse right away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your details if you have not already seen a shipping notification email.
As we custom print and frame to order, please allow 3-5 working days for us to custom print your unframed art prints on paper, and for all framed items please allow 2-4 weeks, then dispatch out from our warehouse based via courier.
Due to Covid-19 our shipping partners are experiencing higher than normal volume, please expect an additional few days shipping transit time on top of normal shipping times.
For international orders, allow an additional 10-14 business days on top of the normal lead times, and for our New Zealand customers please allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the normal lead times as a guide. All customs import duties for international customers, are the responsibility of the customer.

There is a hanging wire pre-attached on the back of all framed prints, for easy hanging upon arrival, and each framed print arrives in a thick 16cm wide protective carton box for safe transit to you.
All unframed paper art prints will require framing once you receive the mailer tube with rolled art print/s. We recommend when receiving to lay it flat on a clean surface, ideally lay a clean cloth or sheet on a table or clean flat floor. then lay the print down and put another sheet on top - with flat weights, books etc. The print should relax in a day or so so you can put in a frame. We recommend purchasing a frame where the print sits up next to the glass or take to a professional framer who can mount the print for you.

As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.
We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.
On the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the damage or issue, and for any damage in transit claims please email us photos of the packaging too (carton or tube) so we can discuss with you. We also need this if we are in turn to make any claim with our courier partners.
All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
